My biggest struggle before was being consistent with my nutrition and exercise when I’m struggling mentally. NLN allowed me to realized mind power is everything. It pushed me to eat right and exercise in order to help my mind and body. It was a truly holistic approach. I was able to implement a weight routine that is reasonable for my schedule and made me stronger ! I also implemented a morning routine that I’ve stuck to even the mornings before work. I absolutely love the mindset it gives me for the day. Miranda is so real. She understands the struggle and motivates you to get through the tough days. She had great techniques and this program overall is a great introduction to taking care of yourself mind body and soul! This isn’t a fad diet or program to fall off of, it truly changed the way o approach nutrition, exercise, and self care. To anyone thinking about joining just do it!
