My biggest struggle before was being consistent with my nutrition and exercise when I’m struggling mentally. NLN allowed me to realized mind power is everything. It pushed me to eat right and exercise in order to help my mind and body. It was a truly holistic approach. I was able to implement a weight routine that is reasonable for my schedule and made me stronger ! I also implemented a morning routine that I’ve stuck to even the mornings before work. Hi, I'm Miranda!

I am a travel nurse, but also a certified health and life coach. I went through a really rough time in the beginning years of my career. I was burned out, self-conscious, unhappy and had no motivation or energy to do anything about it. And when I DID try to do something about it- nothing worked! I’d keep falling right back into the same, old patterns. Everything changed for me once I started incorporating the lifestyle changes we'll be doing in this challenge. From losing weight (and keeping it off), to improving my relationship, to creating more financial freedom, to checking off bucket list vacations, and so much in-between! I not only regained control over my life, I learned how to make it my absolute dream life. I chose to work with nurses like you, because I get you. I get the struggles you’re facing. But I also know how strong willed you are. And how hardworking and caring you are. I know the potential you have, and even though it doesn’t feel like it sometimes- our jobs as nurses provide a lot of potential for a dream life. So.. I can’t wait to watch you succeed!
